Shipping & Returns

We ship to the Continental United States using the United States Postal Service.  Tracking information will be sent automatically upon shipping.

If your order is returned to sender because you entered an incorrect or incomplete address when checking out WE WILL NOT PAY TO RESHIP your order. Once your order is returned to us you will have the option to cancel the order (less any initial shipping charges) or pay $5 to have it shipped to a different address via standard shipping.

All returns must be received within 30 days of order and will be issued store credit upon our receipt.  We will not issue any cash, credit or debit refunds under any circumstances.  You will receive store credit for the amount of the product purchased only.  We do not refund any shipping charges, since these are paid to a third party.  We will not accept the return of any products that are final sale, damaged, stained, worn, washed, have odors, or do not have the original tag attached or are not in the original packaging.  We do not accept any returns for products purchased between Thanksgiving and the Tuesday thereafter, during our annual Black Friday-Cyber Monday sales. Customers who return products that are not eligible for return will have the option to pay (within 14 days) to have those items shipped to them again or they will be donated to a charity of our choice. Store credit expires one year (365 days) after the issue date.

You will need to include your order confirmation form that was shipped with your product(s) or print and include your order confirmation email so we are able to properly apply your store credit.  Please allow 5 business days after our receipt of your return to issue store credit - you will receive an email once it has been issued.

If you received an item and want to exchange for a different size or style please treat it as a return. Once we receive your return and send you your credit, you will be able to make a new purchase of the item you desired.

If you received a damaged product in your order, you must contact us within 48 hours in order to receive a replacement.
